Antisocial inline skate jumping and running commentary including verbal abuse on Saturday, 26.04.2008, for about an hour starting roughly at 1645.
There are three clips excerpted here of this dangerous antisocial behaviour and verbal commentary at various points from 1651 noted by the elapsed time in the upper right hand corner.
This is an extreme hazard for those carrying out this activity without any protective equipment. Head injuries can be easily sustained and lead to death. As of 06.04.2008 those in charge are at risk from being criminally liable in the event of death if they are grossly negligent in failing to prevent this safety hazard.
It is also hazardous to others as can be seen in similar video clips for this activity posted here. It damages property and causes an extreme noise nuisance as can be heard here. And, it blocks the entrance/exit to the Estate causing people to walk around.
Most significant accompanying this antisocial behaviour is a running verbal commentary in the background by several people who are engaging in verbally abusive behaviour.

It reflects how those who are carrying out this antisocial behaviour seek to attack people like me who document with hard evidence and report this dangerous activity in order to protect the lives of those doing it as well as the lives of others using the footpaths of the Estate.

This is only part of an overall 24/7 pattern of antisocial behaviour that takes place in this environment daily. This morning there were excessively loud noises outside in this same area from before 0230 until about 0310.
With the London Mayoral election scheduled to take place Thursday next on 01.05.2008 this antisocial behaviour provides an interesting perspective with regard to the ongoing failure of this Labour government to effectively implement what it has spent ten years putting together.
Further, Mayor Ken Livingstone brags in his campaign literature about how many more police officers there are on the street and about what he has done for crime. This antisocial behaviour and its attendant attitude reflected by the verbal abuse indicates that he personally is a complete failure in this regard as well.
